Join us every Thursday as we kick off our weekend tasting
series early!  Perhaps you are heading out of town to the
Cape for a long weekend, or up to New Hampshire or
Vermont to hit the slopes...well, stop in for a libation sure to
start your weekend up a little bit earlier.
Nothing marks the arrival of the holiday season better than the
much-anticipated arrival of this year's Beaujolais Nouveau!!
This young wine, generally seven to nine weeks old, is meant to
be enjoyed as part of the harvest celebration...just like
Thanksgiving.  Beaujolais Nouveau should be joyfully
consumed within a month of its release while the fresh, raw,
grapey flavors are in full tilt.  And, since, 1985, the Institut
National des Appellations d'Origine (INAO) has established the
third Thursday in November as the wine's uniform release date.
In fact, these wines can be shipped earlier, but must be held in
bonded warehouses until 12:01a.m. whereupon they can
finally be happily consumed.  So, join us as we joyfully begin
the holiday season with this annual rite of passage.  We will be
tasting the '08 Georges Duboeuf Beaujolais Nouveau.  And, in
preparation of Thanksgiving, we will also be tasting the '07
Flonheimer Bingerberg Riesling Spatlese from Germany.
Let's celebrate!
See Thursday, November 20th, for tasting details
As you run around preparing for your big feast tomorrow, pop
in to Grapevine Travelers, sample some of the best
Thanksgiving wines around & complete your shopping with us.

Davis Bynum is a highly acclaimed California winemaker.  We
are absolutely thrilled to get our hands on two cases of his
highly coveted Pinot Noirs that were of very limited release in
Massachusetts.  We will be doing a unique side-by-side tasting
of the '03 Davis Bynum Pinot Noir from the Bynum & Moshin
Vineyards (only 296 total cases made) & the '04 Davis Bynum
Pinot Noir from The Backbone Vineyard (only 117 total cases
made).  We have put these two wines on sale - the '03 is $59.99
(originally $69.99) & the '04 is $69.99 (originally $79.99).  Please
join us for this spectacular tasting.
With Thanksgiving just behind us & the holidays looming just
ahead, what better way to get some shopping done than
